To provide for the basic shelter needs of lower income individuals and families. And to provide those living accommodations in a safe and efficient manner under the guidelines of the New York State Housing Codes, Rules and Regulations. 

We receive no funding for daily operations from the City of Tonawanda, Erie County or NYS.
